At RA.ellé, we are committed to delivering your premium athleisure pieces with care and efficiency. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery times, costs, and procedures for domestic and international orders.
1. Shipping Locations
Domestic Shipping (India)
We currently ship to all locations across India, including metro cities, tier-2 cities, and remote areas. Our primary shipping coverage includes all serviceable pin codes within the country.
International Shipping
International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at shipping@ra-elle.com for international shipping inquiries, and we will provide you with a custom quote based on your location and order details.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (India)
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Tier-2 Cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
- Cost: ₹99 for orders under ₹2,999 | FREE for orders ₹2,999 and above
Express Shipping (India)
- Metro Cities: 1-2 business days
- Tier-2 Cities: 2-4 business days
- Cost: ₹299 (available for select pin codes)
Premium Packaging
All RA.ellé orders are shipped in premium, eco-friendly packaging that reflects our brand's commitment to quality and sustainability. Your athleisure pieces will arrive beautifully presented and protected.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
Processing includes:
- Order verification and payment confirmation
- Quality inspection of products
- Careful packaging with premium materials
- Handover to shipping partner
4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
- SMS updates on order status (for Indian mobile numbers)
- Real-time tracking link to monitor your delivery
You can track your order anytime by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Logging into your RA.ellé account and viewing order history
- Contacting our customer service team
6. Delivery Procedures
Successful Delivery
Our shipping partners will attempt delivery to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure:
- Complete and accurate shipping address with landmark
- Valid contact number for delivery coordination
- Someone is available to receive the package
- Signature may be required upon delivery
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed:
- The courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts
- You will be contacted via phone/SMS for rescheduling
- After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to us
- Return shipping charges may apply for reshipment
Inspection Upon Delivery
We encourage you to inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging or products, please:
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt
- Take photographs of the packaging and products
- Contact us within 24 hours at support@ra-elle.com
7. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to:
- P.O. Boxes (for certain courier services)
- Military APO/FPO addresses (international)
- Unserviceable pin codes (you will be notified at checkout)
8. Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)
For international shipments:
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees
- These charges are determined by your country's customs authority
- RA.ellé is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
- Refused shipments due to customs fees will not be refunded
9. Shipping Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Natural disasters or severe weather conditions
- Public holidays and festival seasons
- Courier service disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
- Remote or difficult-to-access locations
- Customs clearance (for international orders)
We will notify you promptly of any significant delays and work with our shipping partners to resolve issues quickly.
10. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with household members or neighbors
- Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation
- Check around your property for safe placement
- Contact us within 48 hours at support@ra-elle.com
We will investigate with our shipping partner and work toward a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund based on the investigation outcome.
11. Address Changes
To change your shipping address:
- Before shipment: Contact us immediately at support@ra-elle.com. We will update the address if the order hasn't been dispatched.
- After shipment: Address changes may not be possible. Contact our shipping partner directly using your tracking number.
12. Multiple Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages if:
- Items are located in different warehouses
- Products have different processing times
- Optimal packaging requires separation
You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package. Standard shipping charges apply once per order, not per package.
13. Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Items
Special items with extended processing times:
- Pre-order items: Shipping timeline will be clearly stated on the product page
- Made-to-order pieces: Allow 7-14 business days for production before shipping
- You will be notified of expected ship dates via email
